Design

Data-first assessment. We ingest 12–24 months of 15-minute interval data, BMS/SCADA logs, and genset fuel records to isolate base vs. process loads, demand ratchets, and outage exposure. Power-quality (THD, sags/swells) informs storage sizing and autonomy targets.
Resource & siting. We pair NREL/NSRDB irradiance with shading, FEMA flood maps, coastal setbacks, corrosion class (C5-M), and wind exposure (ASCE 7) to pre-qualify rooftops/grounds and interconnection points.
Tariff & ESG. Our PREB/LUMA model tests PV-BESS-CHP mixes, islanding/black-start, and 48–96 hr autonomy for lowest LCOE; we map tCO₂e, renewable share, uptime, and an M&V plan.

Key outputs: 8760 (P50/P90), conceptual layout & single-line diagram, interconnection pre-app checklist, permitting/constraints map, preliminary equipment list, cost-to-complete estimate.

Develop

Site control & due diligence. LOIs/leases/easements, title and encumbrance checks, topo/geotech, constructability (setbacks, fire lanes, crane/haul paths).
Permitting & environmental. OGPe coordination; municipal/building/electrical submittals; DRNA/coastal considerations. For FEMA/CDBG-DR or federal funds, we prep NEPA/HUD documentation and embed mitigations (floodproofing, noise, cultural).
Grid & commercial. Full LUMA interconnection (pre-app → studies → FA), relay/anti-islanding and export controls. We structure ESA/PPA terms (resilience SLAs, performance guarantees), run EPC/OEM RFPs, lock O&M scopes, and ready the lender-grade pack for equity, §48/§45X tax credits, and debt/guarantees.

Development deliverables: FEED package, protection scheme & SLDs, permitting matrix, interconnection app set & study responses, executable EPC/O&M contracts, cost-to-complete budget with contingency and cash-flow curve.
Standards: NEC 2023, NFPA 70E/855, UL 9540A, IEEE 1547/2030.5.

Drive

24/7 operations. NOC monitoring via SCADA/CMMS, condition-based maintenance, spares and fuel readiness for storm season.
Dispatch & controls. Microgrid controller optimizes against forecasts, tariffs, and outage signals; configures grid-forming/following roles, droop, black-start, seamless islanding/resync, and battery cycle preservation while meeting resilience-hour targets.
Value & compliance. We attribute savings (energy/demand), resilience value (SLA uptime/avoided loss), and any wheeling/standby arrangements with co-ops/municipalities. Operations observe NFPA 855/UL 9540A and ICS hardening aligned to IEC 62443. Monthly/quarterly reports feed the Impact page (availability, islanded hours, avoided tCO₂e, MTTR/MTBF).

Operations deliverables: O&M manual and emergency plan, cybersecurity & data-governance SOPs, performance/ESG reports, KPI dashboard feed, and an end-of-life plan (reuse/recycling) with reserves.
